This is a partnership between HOYA Medical Operation and School of Information Technology to develop data analytics dashboards to gain valuable insights on the business operations and processes. This is one of the first steps for HOYA Medical to embark on digitisation with data analytics.

The data visualisation dashboards help users uncover insights from day-to-day BAU data by providing the following diagnostics: 

• Provide the management team with the full picture of each department’s performance.
• Diagnose the problems at hand by identifying “what happened”.
• Plan through the analysis of processes and performances.
