My internship at J.P. Morgan has been a meaningful period of growth that continues to push me beyond my comfort zone. Stepping into a professional environment where my work carries real impact has challenged me to learn quickly, adapt, and trust myself through the process.
What truly shaped my internship experience was the people I worked with. From day one, my colleagues were patient, approachable, and always willing to guide me through unfamiliar tasks. Their constant support and encouragement created a safe space for learning, making it easier to ask questions and grow with confidence. Having such a supportive team made even the challenging moments feel manageable and rewarding!

At the start, navigating new systems, unfamiliar terminology, and high expectations felt overwhelming. Over time, however, each task and project has helped me gain greater clarity in my role and confidence in my abilities. This internship also offered valuable exposure to emerging technologies like large language models, showing how learning truly grows through hands-on experience.
My time at NYP laid a strong foundation that sets me up for this journey. Getting the chance to learn, lead, and try new things at school gave me the confidence and flexibility I needed for this internship. It wasn’t always easy, but these experiences taught me how to handle challenges and keep growing, and I feel ready for future opportunities beyond my time at J.P. Morgan.
