For CET graduands, the link will be sent to your personal email address in our records.
You will be asked to enter your Admission number and password. This registration link has been personalised for you. Please do not forward it to others.
Upon successful submission of your RSVP, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your preferred email address (as indicated during registration). The e-tickets with QR codes for you and your guests, along with a vehicle entry pass, will be sent from 20 Apr 2026. Please bring these along on the day of your ceremony.

You may bring up to two (2) guests to the ceremony. We seek your kind understanding that admission into the Auditorium to witness the Graduation Ceremony is not intended for children below six (6) years of age.
The e-tickets for your guests will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) from 20 Apr 2026 (for Batch 1) or 25 April 2026 (for Batch 2). Each guest will be issued an e-ticket with a unique QR code.
Each e-ticket admits only one guest.
Your guest(s) may present either the printed or soft copy e-tickets at the registration counter on the day of the ceremony.
Visitors without tickets will not be admitted.

Graduands who do not register by 17 Apr 2026 (Batch 1) or 24 Apr 2026 (Batch 2) will, regrettably, be unable to participate in the graduation ceremonies.

Yes, self-collection is available at NYP’s Function Room A.201 at Blk A Level 2 from 16 Apr till 27 Apr 2026 (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Opening hours for on-campus collection are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Saturday [only on 18 & 25 Apr]: 10.00 am – 3.00 pm
Alternatively, the vendor can deliver your graduation gown to your preferred delivery address via courier service, at an affordable delivery fee. Do note that the option to request home delivery is only available from 06 to 24 Apr 2026.

There will not be any on-the-spot rental or purchase of graduation gowns during the graduation ceremonies.

- Home delivery requests are only available from 06 to 24 Apr 2026.
Please rent/purchase your graduation gown before 24 Apr 2026 to ensure delivery and by 26 Apr 2026 for collection of your attire before your ceremony date.

The graduation gown must not be worn over any uniform. You must change into civilian attire before you are allowed to go up on stage with the graduation gown.

All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in proper attire and graduation robes before they can be presented on stage.

For campus safety, we require that all graduands be readily identifiable at all times. In general, the use of headgear and face-covering veils (except for medical/surgical masks) are disallowed for security and safety reasons.

Official photographers will be present to take photographs of every graduand who goes up on stage at the graduation ceremony.

You may place your order for copies of photographs with the official photographer via their website. More details may be found on the order form that will be given to you after you exit the stage.

You may authorise a proxy in writing to collect your documents on your behalf. The last four (4) characters of your proxy's NRIC must be clearly stated in the authorisation letter.
Your proxy may collect the documents from 18 May 2026 (Mon) onwards.
An appointment must be made at least seven (7) working days in advance via NYP e-Appointment before the intended collection date. Your proxy must present their NRIC for verification.
Any documents not collected within one year from the date of issuance will be discarded. For enquiries, please email contactNYP@nyp.edu.sg.

Your digital certificate will be sent to both your NYP and personal email addresses by 31 May 2026 (Sun).

You may update your personal particulars via the NYP Student Portal, using the “Update Personal Particulars” form.
Graduands receiving Advanced/Specialist Diplomas should update their particulars via the Skills Training & Enhancement Portal (STEP).
Please complete all updates by 15 Apr 2026 (Wed) to ensure that changes to your official name are reflected on your graduation certificate. You should also inform NYP via email at academic_affairs@nyp.edu.sg regarding any official name change.

NSFs may request for time-off to attend their graduation ceremonies, subject to exigencies of services, and each unit's training schedule. Do note that MINDEF holds the final decision for NSFs to be released for the graduation ceremonies.
