Graduands who are conferred later than the main cohort will receive their registration email by 24 Apr 2025. Do RSVP immediately to receive your e-tickets early.

You may bring up to two (2) guests to the ceremony.

The e-tickets for your guests will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) from 22 Apr 2025. Each guest will be issued their own e-ticket with a unique QR code.

Each e-ticket admits only one guest.

Your guest(s) may present either the printed or soft copy e-tickets at the registration counter on the day of the ceremony.

Visitors without tickets will not be admitted.

Yes, self-collection is available at NYP’s TFA (Theatre for the Arts) Function Room (A.248) at Blk A Level 2 from 17 to 30 Apr 2025 (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

There will not be any on-the-spot rental or purchase of graduation attire during the graduation ceremonies.

Please rent or purchase your graduation attire via the gown supplier Beau Voix’s website www.beauvoix.com.sg by 29 Apr 2025 to ensure delivery/collection of your attire before your ceremony date.

The option to request for home delivery is only available from 07 to 20 Apr 2025.

The graduation attire must not be worn over any uniform. You must change into civilian attire before you are allowed to go up on stage.

All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in proper attire and graduation robes before they can be presented on stage. 

Official photographers will be present to take photographs of every graduand who goes up on stage at the graduation ceremony.

You may place your order for copies of photographs with the official photographer via their website. More details may be found on the order form that will be given to you after you exit the stage.

You may authorise, in writing, for a proxy to collect it on your behalf. The last 4 characters of your proxy's NRIC number must be clearly stated in the authorisation letter. Your proxy must bring along his/her NRIC for verification when collecting your diploma. 

Your proxy may collect your diploma certificate and folder between 30 May and 30 June 2025 from i@Central. After 30 June 2025, please make an appointment via NYP e-Appointment at least 7 working days before collecting your certificate from i@Central. Any certificates not collected after a year from date of issuance will be discarded.

NSFs can request for time-off to attend their graduation ceremonies, subject to exigencies of services, and each unit's training schedule. Do note that MINDEF holds the final decision for NSFs to be released for the graduation ceremonies.
