STEP 1
Getting to NYP
- Nanyang Polytechnic is located within walking distance of Yio Chu Kang MRT Station.
- Due to limited parking facilities and possible heavy traffic on campus on Graduation Day, we would like to encourage graduands and their guests to travel by MRT to the Polytechnic.
- For directions and transport options, please refer to our travel guide when planning your visit to NYP.
- If you intend to drive, please print out the vehicle entry pass (preferably in colour) included in the confirmation email and place it on your vehicle dashboard. This will allow our security officers to quickly identify you as attendees of Graduation 2026.
- Please park at Car Park 5, opposite the NYP Auditorium. There will be directional signs and traffic wardens to guide you to the designated car park. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
STEP 2
Register at the registration counter
- Guests need to scan their e-tickets (soft copy or hard copy printout) at the registration counter prior to entering the auditorium.
- One e-ticket admits one guest only.
- All guests must be seated 15mins before the start of the ceremony.
We seek your kind understanding that:
- We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or unregistered guests.
- Admission into the Auditorium to witness the Graduation Ceremony is not intended for children below six years of age.
STEP 3
Be seated in the auditorium
- Refrain from leaving your seats to take photographs near the stage as this will obstruct the graduands as they move up to the stage and back to their seats. Arrangements have been made for a professional photographer to capture every graduand receiving his/her diploma.
- Please do not leave the auditorium until the entire ceremony is over, and the announcement is made for all to take their leave.
STEP 4
Enjoy the after-ceremony activities prepared for you!
- A buffet offering light refreshments is available for all guests and graduates. Do follow the ushers’ directions and signages and adjourn to NYP Lounge, Level 3.
- Visit our booth at the NYP Atrium to learn more about the alumni perks available.
- Capture memories of your loved one's special day at the different photo sites located around the NYP campus.
- Xpressflower, in partnership with our School of Business Management under the Teaching Enterprise Programme, will be on-site from 4 to 11 May 2026 for the sale of flower bouquets. You may also pre-order congratulatory bouquets with Xpressflower.
