20 Diploma in Business Management students attached to the Customer Experience and Analytics Centre (CEAC) are thrilled to be assisting local SME Teochew Kueh (1974) Pte Ltd get on the social media bandwagon. As a follow up from the 99%SME workshop, CEAC was commissioned to conduct a digital marketing footprint analysis and develop a social media engagement strategy for the company. The project spans 6 months, from June to November 2019, and students look forward to hone their skills in Social CRM, communication and report analysis.
