A touch of France at DFBB’s degustation Dinner

NYP’s Diploma in Food Beverage and Business final year students delighted guests at their Degustation Dinner. Learners presented a modern take on classic French cuisine. The impressive dinner showcased luxury and style, and the menu prepared was an ode to Classic French heritage, with an impressive 6-course meal. They were also challenged to use a mystery ingredient in each course, which was then paired with a suitable cocktail/mocktail/wine.  The students truly wowed guests with their level of professionalism in service, mixology skills and their knowledge of wine pairings. Guests were also greeted by a stunning two-metre-tall Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe miniatures as part of the décor. Our students spent 150 hours creating them, each piece was meticulously 3D printed at MakerSpace@NYP.
