Diploma-Plus Programmes
The School of Business Management offers Dip-Plus modules to eligible students from the full-time diplomas to enhance their technical & professional capability.
Eligible students will be taking the Dip-Plus module(s) in addition to the modules offered under their respective diplomas during their course of their study. Students who successfully complete the Dip-Plus modules will receive a Dip-Plus transcript indicating the modules, hours and grades upon graduation.
The following Dip-Plus modules are offered within the School of Business Management:

BMA204 Hospitality Industry Analytics (30 hours)
This module builds on the skills and knowledge from BM4703 Essentials of Accommodation (module). Through this module, students will be competent in interpreting key hotel analytics through various performance metrics and analysis of hotel revenue management by applying techniques employed in the property level benchmarking and hotel industry performance reports.
Students will be prepared to take the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics upon completion of this Dip Plus module. This certification is the only hotel-related certification for industry professionals focused on analytics, jointly offered by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) and Smith Travel Research (STR).

BMA206 Robotic Process Automation for Business (45 hours)
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of the technologies that is best able to help evolve digital transformation for companies across all industries and functions. Through its automation capabilities, RPA allows organisations to tackle operational challenges. In this module, learners will be introduced to RPA, its applications and benefits to businesses. Upon completion, learners will be equipped with the technical skillsets to deploy RPA robots to automate business operations.
