Diploma In Accountancy & Finance learners orchestrated a ‘Sustainability Competition’ emphasising the joint responsibility of accountants in fostering green and environmentally sustainable practices. This initiative, supported by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), aimed to raise awareness of the vital role accountants play in driving sustainable business and environmental practices. The competition engaged participants in diverse sustainability initiatives, including beach cleaning and immersive sustainability learning journeys. Additionally, learners were also tasked with crafting creative and entertaining social media videos spanning six themes: zero waste, green buildings, sustainable packaging, sustainable food resources, 3Rs, and lower carbon footprint, all aimed at promoting Singapore's commitment to environmental sustainability.
