The 5th Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) HR Hackathon was held at NTU in October 2022. The national competition required teams to prepare and pitch creative business case solutions to tackle HR challenges in actual companies. The Enablers, from the DBM HRM specialization competed with other institutions (SP, TP, ITE and NUS) to provide solutions to the businesses they collaborated with. The Enablers designed an impressive, detailed brochure focused on a DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) strategy for DecodeHR. The Enablers presented a strong showing and clinched the Finalist and Best Teamwork Awards respectively. Lecturers who mentored the teams attributed their strong performance to their uncompromising winning mentality, perseverance, and industrious adoption of advice across the numerous training sessions held throughout the competition month.
