Renee Ling and Clarice Wang, learners from Customer Relationship & Services Management, ventured to Vietnam as part of their internship with PS Food Pte Ltd and L’EARTH. The 12- week programme provided the learners with opportunities to assist in channel execution and engagement, onsite and online promotional activities, operational matters as well as the facilitation of customer interaction. They were also tasked to monitor key competitors' activities such as sales, promotions and pricing. Both Clarice and Renee were excited about the idea of having the chance to work outside of the Singapore market for 3 months. This experience gave them a competitive advantage and the opportunity to expand their understanding of global networking. As a bonus, their trip coincided with President Halimah Yacob’s visit to Vietnam, making it truly a trip to remember!
